২০০ সুবিধাবঞ্চিত শিশুকে বই, ইউনিফর্ম ও শিক্ষা উপকরণ দিয়ে প্রথম স্কুল সহায়তা কর্মসূচি চালু।
গ্রামীণ সম্প্রদায়ে বিনামূল্যে চিকিৎসা শিবির শুরু। প্রথম বছরে ৩,০০০+ রোগী বিনামূল্যে স্বাস্থ্যসেবা পেয়েছেন।
প্রথম ১০,০০০ গাছ রোপণ এবং বাংলাদেশের ৫টি জেলায় পানি সংরক্ষণ সচেতনতা চালু।
গাইদঘাটে সেলাই, ইলেকট্রনিক্স ও কম্পিউটার কোর্স সহ প্রথম বৃত্তিমূলক প্রশিক্ষণ কেন্দ্র উদ্বোধন।
কোভিড-১৯ মহামারি লকডাউনে ৫,০০০ পরিবারের মধ্যে খাদ্য, মাস্ক ও স্যানিটাইজার বিতরণ।
জাতীয়ভাবে কর্মসূচি সম্প্রসারণে ইউনিসেফ, কেয়ার বাংলাদেশ ও অ্যাকশন এইডের সাথে অংশীদারিত্ব।
